A startup studio for AI-native products
We Are CreAItive is a startup concept studio: a collective of commercial and creative minds building AI-native products together. We work with a VC mindset across our own portfolio: make fast, test in the wild, and back what works. And the board keeps growing.
The idea pool
The named circles are ventures in active development. The rest are ideas in the queue, waiting for their moment. The studio's job is moving circles from small and anonymous to large and live, and we keep adding new ones.
The method
We run the studio the way an investor runs a portfolio: lots of considered bets, honest signals, and resource flowing to the winners.
Ideas are deconstructed, recombined and built as working products with Claude Code and the Anthropic API. Small crews, short loops.
Every venture ships on its own domain with its own brand and meets real users early. Signal comes from the wild, not the whiteboard.
Build time and budget flow to the ventures that are earning it. What isn't working gets parked without ceremony, and the parts get reused.

The collective
The studio is a collective, not an org chart. Designers, engineers, behavioural scientists, producers and commercial operators collaborate across the portfolio, joining the ventures where their minds are most useful and carrying what they learn into the next one.
